If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order so we can immediately rectify the situation. Returns will be accepted only within 30 days of your purchase date and only with a Return Authorization Number. Please email us regarding your issue to request a Return Authorization Number. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. If you return a product because of an error on your part or because you wish to return or exchange the product, your credit will reflect a deduction for our original shipping costs. All products must be returned with ALL of their original packaging. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is eligible for return or exchange based on the manufacturer's guidelines.
