What is your Shipping Policy?
Orders received before 1:00 pm CST will be shipped the same or next day in most cases. Any product that is backordered or out of stock will shipped as soon as it is available.

What is your Return Policy?
If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order so we can immediately rectify the situation. Returns will be accepted only within 30 days of your purchase date and only with a Return Authorization Number. Please email us regarding your issue to request a Return Authorization Number.
